Role Overview
Give our brave World's Greatest Shave participants their new look!
You'll be in your feet for the duration of your shift helping to clipper, temporarily colour and/or cut the hair of World's Greatest Shave supporters at public shave events.
Colour hairspray and clippers will be provided by the Leukaemia Foundation.

Duties
Volunteers in this role may be required to complete some or all of the following requirements:

Clipper the hair of World's Greatest Shave supporters

Temporarily colour (spray) hair of World's Greatest Shave supporters

Basic cut of hair of World's Greatest Shave supporters (no style cuts)

Keep clippers clean and sterile for each supporter

Follow Leukaemia Foundation policies and procedures relating to this role
About You
To undertake this role, you will need to possess the following qualities:

Experienced hairdresser

Professional manner
-
Punctual and reliable
-
Ability to work independently if required
-
Team player who is outgoing, positive, friendly and has a flexible approach
-
Be able to stand on your feet for a couple of hours

Attire
Please have a neat and tidy appearance and wear closed in, comfortable shoes (no heels)
Meal details
Water and refreshments will be available for all volunteers. Other food vendors will be available for purchase in the area.

We suggest you bring the minimum, as we cannot guarentee security
